hiring Early Learning Center Director
The ELC has an immediate need for a Director.
The Director of the Early Learning Center will operate and manage this faith-based educational ministry in a safe, loving and developmentally appropriate environment. The Director will collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to maintain a successful and developmentally appropriate program aligned with the mission and vision of CCUMC and the ELC. The Director is responsible and accountable for the total program and services, will oversee and coordinate early learning programing that complies with all state licensing requirements. They will manage and support staff, manage revenue and expenses, ensure facilities are properly maintained, and foster a positive and professional environment.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and community partners.

Childcare Teachers
Teachers bring love, patience, and understanding to the classroom every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. Our teachers are committed to making their center the best that it can be and create meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
As a teacher, you will:
Create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Partner with center staff and leadership to create the best center possible
Create positive relationships with families and coworkers
Implement curriculum in a way that is fun and educational
Qualifications:
A love for children
Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers
Great customer service
Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
Must be able to use a computer with basic proficiency
Lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Must be able to be on the floor
Engage in physical activity with children
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
High School Diploma
